Nous ouvrons aujourd’hui la séance inaugurale qui prélude aux travaux de la septième Université Sportive d’Eté, organisée par l’Union Nationale des Clubs Universitaires et l’Union Syndicale des Journalistes Sportifs Français. Je tiens en leur nom à remercier les ici Monsieur René Recteur de personnalités présentes, Blanchet, l’Académie de Nice et Chancelier des Universités, Monsieur le Président Fernand Sastre, qui est également vice-président du Comité National Olympique Sportif Français, les représentants de la Direction régionale et des Directions Départementales de la Jeunesse et des Sports, ainsi que du Comité Régional Olympique. Avant de donner la parole aux intervenants dans cette séance d'ouverture, je voudrais rappeler ce qu'est l'Université Sportive d’Eté.
